Today marks the culmination of our tent evangelism campaign in Nyakudya Village, Domboshava, and we are thrilled to report an attendance of 128 participants. This is a new assembly – Timotheus Assembly, and we give glory to God for this milestone.

Upon viewing the enclosed video clip, you might notice the absence of a PA system and the vibrant music that once filled the skies, making people jovial during the 5 evenings of evangelistic preaching. What you are seeing is the most important part of our church planting and discipleship journey. New members at the newly established assembly need to know that the tent will be dismantled and the PA system together with the worship team will depart. The new assembly needs to know that it’s no longer about the tent, the PA system, or the worship by the evangelism team. It’s now their mission as born-again disciples of Jesus Christ to take ownership of their assembly and its leadership. Our Bible school, The Victors Bible Institute plays an important pivotal role in assigning leaders for new assemblies.

Our goal is to fulfill the Great Commission by planting churches and making disciples of all nations in various regions before the return of the LORD or before our departure to be with Him. What really happens inside our blue-white striped tent? One might wonder. Coming under the roof of this tent means getting yourself ready for a profound and stirring experience. First, you are welcomed by a blend of loud high praise and worship which draws the attention of diverse people from a distance: young and old, rich, and poor. People thronging our tent dance, shout, and sing along as the high-praise music fills the air. It’s a celebration like no other, this is the place where people are allowed to “drop for Jesus” – dance for the Lord not waste your energy in the bar!

This old blue-white striped tent serves as the pulpit for the proclamation of Jesus Christ as the Savior, the divine healer, and the deliverer from demonic possession. This tent serves as a net to draw people to Christ, where no one departs unchanged.

Our 5-day tent crusade at Timotheus Assembly in Nyakudya Village, Domboshava, has yielded remarkable results:

• Day 1 witnessed 150 attendees, with 70 souls giving their lives to Jesus Christ.
• On Day 2, the gathering swelled to 300, and 80 more gave their lives to Jesus.
• Day 3 maintained the momentum with 300 attendees and 44 new converts.
• Day 4 saw a slight dip in attendance at 220, however, 47 new souls came to Christ.
• The official last day, Day 5, the attendance shot up to 365, and 31 more souls came to Christ.

This 5-day tent evangelism event ended with 247 new disciples of our Lord Jesus. We glorify God for this great harvest indeed. Amen!

The journey continues tomorrow as we are going to have a Sunday service with the new believers and the official commissioning of the Timotheus Assembly. Tomorrow’s Sunday service will start at 10 AM and finish at 1 PM. We say a church has been planted! A leader will remain in place to guide and teach the new disciples so that they can grow to become disciples who disciple others too. Our Bible school, The Victors Bible Institute is the backbone for discipleship. Trained Christian ministers from here serve as valuable human resources for our newly established church assemblies.

The Bible states, “Sons are indeed a heritage from the LORD, the fruit of the womb a reward. Like arrows in the hand of a warrior are the sons of one’s youth. Happy is the man who has his quiver full of them. He shall not be put to shame when he speaks with his enemies in the gate” (Psalms 127:3-5).

Today, we were blessed to hear from two young evangelists: Elder Tafadzwa Mukuka and Elder Webster Nyoka. Just as David conquered the bear and the lion in the forest before facing Goliath on the battlefield, these two young men started their journey at Break Free Ministries International when they were just boys in primary school. Now, they are grown as mature young men who are fully dedicated to the LORD. As the old saying goes, “Like father, like son.” I wholeheartedly agree that in these two, I have raised remarkable evangelists. They are following in my footsteps. Today, 35 people surrendered their lives to Jesus Christ. Glory be to God! Amen! There is rejoicing in heaven because of the soul-saving work happening in Nyakudya Village, as mentioned in Luke 15:7. Tomorrow marks the final day of our night tent evangelism, and on Sunday, all the new members will gather for a church service from 10 AM to 1 PM. We are immensely grateful for your unwavering support and prayers. Heaven is gaining ground, and hell is losing as countless souls are being saved and coming to Jesus.

Indeed, God works in miraculous ways. Today marks Day 3 of our tent evangelism crusade in Nyakudya Village, Domboshava. The featured preacher for the day was Elder Tendai Chisero. He found his faith in Christ eight years ago, in 2016. With unwavering devotion, he has shown remarkable spiritual growth and maturity in his relationship with Jesus Christ. Notably, upon his conversion, he experienced deliverance from demonic possession. As a young evangelist in ministry, he passionately shares the message of deliverance through the power of the Blood of Jesus. Elder Tendai is one of our students at The Victors Bible Institute, diligently preparing for pastoral ministry.

Today’s sermon centered on the profound impact of the Blood of Jesus, which speaks of redemption greater than that of Abel’s blood. Miraculous deliverances from demonic oppression were witnessed on this Day 3, with a total of 44 adults surrendering their lives to Christ Jesus! Praise be to God! The scripture tells us that there is immense joy in heaven when even one person comes to Christ (Luke 15:7). How much more with 44! The celebrations should be great! Praise God!

Our Day 2 witnessed 80 people receiving Jesus as their Lord and Savior. On Day 1 we had 70 people who came to the Lord. Praise the LORD! Our Lord Jesus went about in villages and towns, preaching the Gospel of the kingdom of God, healing the sick, and casting out demons (Matthew 9:35-36). Our 1st Day of tent crusade started with a big harvest to the glory of God! 70 people gave their lives to Jesus Christ. Praise God! Jesus said “Go, and make disciples” – This is what we are bound to do. Hallelujah! 5 more days to go ….. We pray for more souls to come to Jesus and by the last day (Sunday, 1st of October, 2023) we are not just leaving the place and going to our homes. We are planting a church there and starting Sunday Services! This is our ministry strategy.

Matthew 9:35 “And Jesus went about all the cities and villages, teaching in their synagogues and preaching the Gospel of the Kingdom, and healing every sickness and every disease among the people.”

We are back to evangelism tent crusades, Praise God. This is the time! We are an evangelistic church, we reach out to the unreached. We plant churches where there is no church. We make disciples! What sets our ministry apart is our firm belief in empowerment. We are equipping our youth and young adults to continue with the Great Commission. FIRST, LET’S KNOW WHO THE BREAKER IS.

The breaker is come up before them: they have broken up, and have passed through the gate, and are gone out by it: and their king shall pass before them, and the LORD on the head of them. — Micah 2:13

This scripture is a Messianic prophecy about Israel’s redemption. Jesus is the Breaker, the ‘Yahweh Hamashiach’ who breaks every obstacle which might stand in the way of salvation for God’s people today. He is the one who:

• breaks open the way for you and lead you out of any obstacle blocking your salvation and deliverance from God
• opens the breach and goes before you always thereafter
• leads you into total peace, freedom and liberty
• leads you into greener pastures
• delivers you from the dungeon of bondage
• gives and provides every good gift into your life

WHO ARE THE BREAK FREES?

The break-frees are the redeemed of God. The break-frees are the freed of Christ Jesus. The break-frees follow and lean on the one who went before them, Jesus Christ, the Breaker (Micah 2:13). They walk in the enlightenment of the truth about the Breaker whom they follow, trust, and lean on. The truth about their Breaker has been encrypted deep into their hearts and they know beyond any shadow of doubt that they are made free. They are the break-frees of the Lord God through Jesus Christ their Savior, Deliverer and Redeemer!

The break-frees are freed from bondages, oppressions, snares, and life entanglements that kept them captive for so long a time. The break-frees are delivered, freed, and liberated from:

• unbroken chains of habitual sins and self-destruction (addictions from drugs, alcohol, etc.)
• Self-professed righteousness
• Failure and hopelessness
• Life frustrations, depression, and despondency
• Unfulfilled dreams, visions, and life purposes
• Demonic possession, oppression, and obsession (generational curses are broken)
• Diseases and sicknesses  

What Makes the break-frees, free?

• The break-frees are rooted in the Word of God and fully trust and depend on God in all their life undertakings.
• The break-frees understand fully the person of Jesus Christ, the meaning of his name and the power contained there-in;
• The break-frees understand the meaning of the Blood of Jesus Christ and its benefits in their Christian walk.
• The break-frees knows it’s all by grace that they are saved; and if it was not of His grace, they could not be qualified to be called sons and daughters of God worthy the count of his inheritance.
• The break-frees knows how to tap into the riches and wealth of God through the understanding of the meaning of grace, mercy, blessings, and favor for excellence in their lives.
• The break-frees experience power encounters through the manifestation of Jesus Christ into their lives through the Holy Spirit and revelation in the Word.
• The break frees knows they are free indeed in Jesus’ name and that there is no more condemnation laid upon them anymore.
• They are saved, baptized in the Holy Spirit, forgiven and made holy through the blood of Jesus Christ. They are called, chosen, and favored of God in whom God’s love, mercy and grace shines.
• The break-frees are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, a peculiar people; called to show forth the glory of God who called them out of darkness into his marvelous light (1 Peter 2:9).
• The break frees walk in their freedom, but they don’t use their freedom and liberty for a cloke of maliciousness, but they use it as the servants of God (1 Peter 2:16).
• They are God’s sheep who hear the voice of their Shepherd whom they follow obediently into greener pastures (John 10:4).
• They know that their Breaker (Jesus Christ) break into pieces the gates of brass and cut asunder the bars of iron that hold them in captivity for a long time. The Breaker led them through the open gates giving them the treasures of darkness and hidden riches of secret places (Isaiah 45:2-3).

If you are reading this and haven’t experienced the peace, liberty and freedom that comes by accepting Jesus Christ as your personal LORD, Savior, Deliver, and Redeemer, I want you to pray with me now. You can break free with the Breaker, Jesus Christ. You can be set free and worship God in total freedom and liberty! No more chains!

MEET THE BREAKER NOW

Today, I understand that Jesus Christ is the Breaker who came to open the door to my healing, deliverance, salvation, peace, and liberty. I believe that He broke down all the chains of brass and iron gates that were holding me back from realizing the reality of my salvation and freedom in God.

Jesus Christ, I accept you into my life. I believe that you are the Son of the true living God. I believe that you died and rose from the dead. From today onwards, I commit my life to follow you as long as I live. Fill me with your Holy Spirit and let Him teach me your ways. I believe that I am free from all chains and shackles of bondages that kept me in prison for so long. Thank you LORD Jesus for saving me. Thank you for giving me your Holy Spirit. Thank you for giving me a new birth and accepting me as the child of God. Thank you for being the true Breaker in my life. In you I am rest assured to live in liberty, peace and freedom. Thank you for making my life complete from now onwards. Amen and Amen.
